Suddenly Found: Zipper Cowl Pattern

Media_http3bpblogspot_cozvf

Pattern:

CO 28

(Depending on the length of your zipper you might want to cast on more stitches then 28, my zipper length was 9 inches)

Row 1: *K1 P1 repeat from*
Row 2: *P1 K1 repeat from*

You are doing a rib stitch so repeat rows 1 & 2 to 64 inches in length or if you want to go a little bit longer, then your desired length

Bind off when you have reached 64 inches or desired length

Attaching Zipper:

1. Take your finished scarf and have right facing up.
2. Take your zipper and place it between the two ends of your scarf.
3. The middle part should be sticking out and the ends should be the back of the scarf. Pull your scar just a little and begin pinning your scarf to your zipper.
4. Begin sewing with matching or similar color thread

Stephen West does it again. Fabulous cowl tha is perfect for anyone.

"Cozy up with this quick chunky cowl, perfect for those chilly fall and winter days. This cowl is knit back and forth in garter stitch with bold accents of contrasting color. Once the center rectangle is worked, stitches are picked up along both sides, creating a multi-directional effect."
