Two Skeins of the yarn of your choice. 

Directions
Holding two strands together, cast on 26 STS with a crochet provisional cast on.  (Instructions can be found here)

Row 1 (RS): SL1, K to end
Row 2 (and all WS rows): SL1, P to End
Row 3-10: Repeat Row 1 for RS (odd numbered) rows and Row 2 for WS (even numbered) rows
Row 11: Sl 1, Place 6 STS on holder in front, K6, K STS on holder, Place next 6 STS on holder in back, K6, K STS on holder, K last stitch
Rows 12 - 32: Repeat Row 2 for WS rows and Row 1 for RS rows
Row 33: Sl 1, Place 6 STS on holder in front, K6, K STS on holder, Place next 6 STS on holder in back, K6, K STS on holder, K last stitch
Rows 34 - 54: Repeat Row 2 for WS rows and Row 1 for RS rows 
Row 55: Sl 1, Place 6 STS on holder in front, K6, K STS on holder, Place next 6 STS on holder in back, K6, K STS on holder, K last stitch
Rows 56 - 76: Repeat Row 2 for WS rows and Row 1 for RS rows
Row 77: Sl 1, Place 6 STS on holder in front, K6, K STS on holder, Place next 6 STS on holder in back, K6, K STS on holder, K last stitch
Row 78 - 88: Repeat Row 2 for WS rows and Row 1 for RS rows
To finish, graft the stitches together and weave in the ends.
